Absolutely. One of Homer's lesser known quotes from early in the series has become the credo by which I've lived my life, "When times are tough, you gotta go with what you know." Since I only know about three things, it's made things much easier for me.

I usually don’t re-watch or read anything because life is too short to repeat and I want to move onto the next thing. However there are a few shows I will sit and re watch if they’re on while I’m flipping channels. Anything Star Trek, any movie with Elvis, Sam Elliot or Patric Swazey. There are probably others but that is what first comes to mind.
