I've spent a lot of time in that area, that's Boeing territory and there are three airports (SeaTac, Boeing Field, and Renton Municipal) all with a few minutes flying time of each other. Anyone launching drones or lanterns in and around airspace that busy is creating a serious flight safety hazard.
