I don't do any sweetened cereals. Too much sugar. Of the ones listed, Raisin Bran is my choice. My favorite quickie breakfast cereal is old fashioned oatmeal. Three minutes thirty seconds in the microwave oven.
I'd pick Raisin Bran.
Breakfast depends on how much physical work I need to get done that day. Examples. Hanging drywall, toting heavy ladders, etc. Is a four egg Denver omelette, toast and butter with raspberry jam, and a big thing* of milk.
Otherwise granola with kefir, put in a cut up apple or banana, add raisins or nuts.
*A big thing is a unit of measurement.
