I was wondering the same thing. I am a left over right too, but I am also right-handed. It felt very awkward to reverse it.

I'm left handed and mine is right thumb over left

I didn't read this test yet, but I'm both right and left-handed for most things. Depending on what it is (some things better right and others better left). If I close my hands to a fist, left thumb goes over the right. If my fingers are spread apart and hands go together with fingers joined each over the other, right thumb always comes out on top. I can remember when younger and if starting to hold hands with a girl, thumb of the right hand would be on top on her hand.

Took the test... out of multiple times, definitely mostly right. A couple equal like #2 and left is so rare for me.
