One blow out meal a week

The diet is working really well but I do have one healthy blow out meal in a week. So let's have a poll, what should I cook this week? The only rule is I don't eat cheese unless mozzarella so if that's a substitute bring it on. Let's hear your suggestions.

With meat.
Without meat.
Fish.
Not fish.

There's a ton of taste out there.

Rigatoni al dente in thick tomatoe sauce
With mushrooms & nearly carmelized sweet onions saute

May include mozarella

Try a Healy version of chicken parmesan. Boneless skinless chicken breasts no breading then just crushed tomatoes and cheese.

I don't see those ribs much in stores but they are around
