Even today, Eclipses and the shadows they bring are often seen as omens. And some have been amazingly accurate.

I've heard several astrologers who have made predictions using the eclipses. One of the eerie ones is that wherever the shadow falls over the land, that area will face some sort of "crisis" or bad luck in the coming year. Another is when you have two eclipses that "cross" within a certain amount of time, that is a bad omen for where the "X" of crossing is or whatever country it's in. *We have another one crossing in 2025 that does make an X on the US* Also, there are supposed to be different meanings for lunar vs. solar.

Oh, I hope it isn't going to be anything too stressful! But the way things have been going lately, it wouldn't surprise me if it does.

It's supposed to be a sign of "great change" and/or "upheaval". Now, I was under the totality shadow in April. In May I was in IL. I guess that could count as it's been quite the "upheaval"!
