NY Supreme Court Ruled House Is Haunted

I think haunting should be disclosed. I can see how this would be hard to prove though. In this case the buyer had presented the house as haunted for tours, so he had an obligation to disclose. I could see the other side of the argument too, which was that it was already public knowledge and the buyer had opportunity to know. I’m glad it went in the purchasers favor.
