A new radar is now in use in 50 law enforcement agencies that allows them to see through walls and into homes. Like any other equipment used by law enforcement, it's potential for misuse is high. It's secretly been deployed over the last two years, although the Supreme Court says such devices should only be used with a search warrant.

Sure, how long will they follow the rules on THAT!?!

Search warrant? I vaguely remember when those were in vogue.

I see circumstances when a piece of tech like this could be useful to police, and could even save lives. But you're right, the potential for misuse is great, and history tells us that if police can misuse something they will misuse it.
