Anyone watching " Stranger Things " ? A family member suggested this Netflix show. The setting is 1983 in the USA State of Indiana. We know from this forum that paranormal events happen in Indiana. ( It's actually filmed in Georgia )

Storyline:
When a young boy disappears, his mother, a police chief, and his friends must confront terrifying supernatural forces in order to get him back.

The show started in 2016. Rumor is that season four, yet to be shown, will be it's last season. It has been nominated for many, many awards and received 55 wins. Wynona Ryder stars as the missing boy's Mom and is quite effective in her role.

the travel channel has a show now called strange world, its by the writer/filmmaker who inspired the series stranger things....good show so far, its only into the 2nd or 3rd episode but looks promising / interesting so far....check it out also if you get a chance.
