From the WV kitchen security camera. No one home, No window to catch reflected light. On a mountain, 500 yards from nearest road, so not reflected headlights. Hmmmm?

If there are no other "orbs" or similar effects at that time, I doubt it's dust.

It comes right out of the picture in the wall. Is this a security camera Bob? Just wondered if something happening caused you to set up the camera. It sure looks like a unexplainable orb to me.

The glare is internal elements of the lens in a dark room, illuminated by IR light, I believe

It's a security camera, It was put there because I like toys, and also to make the house more secure while we were gone. I wan't trying to capture anything out of the ordinary.

Interesting, do you happen to have any other footage from 10 - 15 seconds before the orb started to move?
Here is cropped and slowed down, the 2nd clip is the orb, the split second before going out of frame, unfortunately I don't know how to increase quality of video or any of that.
