A good friend of mine and his wife have gone on several "rock criuses." Al Stewart was one of the record artists on 2-3 of those cruises. They said he was one of nicest of all the performers, very humble and most gracious to fans.


This is my favorite Stewart song, it's based on a British Royal Navy Admiral named Jacky Fisher. I almost put this song in the question thread a week or so ago about song lyrics that summed up your current thoughts on your life. The more I read (and hear whispers from still working/serving colleagues) about aerospace programs in the offing sometimes makes me wish I could go back.
