brain electrical oscillation signature profiling (BEOS). I could see this being a tool to help the police, but not evidence to convict someone.

This was my thoughts exactly. I can see this as a good tool to get leads and maybe eliminate suspects. It’s not proven to be 100 percent accurate so it shouldn’t be used to convict.

I could also see the slippery slope where people could be prosecuted for potential crimes, political leanings and thoughts against the laws. Do we want to be judged for our passing thoughts or ideas. Not me. Stay out of my brain is my opinion.
