Michigan man finds 158 bowling balls under home

My Uncle Joe had over 100 bowling pins in his barn. He lived in Cheboygan, Michigan. He is dead now, fell off a ladder while trimming his trees at 87 years old. He had many accomplishments in his life, never was married (smart man), owned a men's clothing store, was mayor of Cheboygan, was president of the bank. I'm not sure why he had all those bowling pins.
