Mama Owl Whose Eggs Were Infertile Is So Excited To Find Babies In Her Nest

Yep. Instantly began hooting at the babies. Love good animal stories with happy endings. They just do their thing no bias or BS. Instinct only.
I remember reading once maternal instincts were second only to self preservation instincts in most species.

When I had chickens, I would order 20 to 30 babies at a time. They would come in the mail, and I would pick them up at the back door of the post office. So I didn't have to bother with caring for them myself, I would go in the hen house at night and remove the eggs from under the sitting hens and put the babies under them. In the morning each hen would have babies they would raise as their own. It made life much easier, and the chicks were so happy. I loved this video and the way the mama owl looked at the babies and then at the handler, like "oh babies". This was so fun to watch.
