number 12 can be life changing if realized on a deeper level than most will afford it. i think at some point we all ( or may be not, i dunno...lol) have that moment when we wonder who we are, that something seems to be calling us back, or we wonder where it all changed and who weve become....

It’s rarely very dramatic. most times it’s just a flicker: a memory, a feeling, a version of yourself you suddenly miss without knowing why. Other times it hits harder — that realization that somewhere along the way, you shifted. You adapted. You hardened. You softened. You survived. And in the process, pieces of who you were got left behind.
We talk about “finding ourselves” like we’re lost in some wilderness. But the truth is, we didn’t disappear. We just get buried under layers of expectation, responsibility, heartbreak, and the roles we thought we had to play.
So when that moment comes — that pull, that question, that ache — it’s not a search. It’s a remembering. A return. An invitation to reconnect with the person you were before the world told you who to be. sometimes its that true self telling us to let go of what doesn't matter. to not carry what needs to be released.......to just remember who we really are.
As I age I'm feeling more like my soul self that I thought was destroyed by life. I'm more emotional like I was when young but it doesn't hurt like it did then. The tumultuous times are long gone and replaced by a great peace in myself as an unperfect being.number 12 can be life changing if realized on a deeper level than most will afford it. i think at some point we all ( or may be not, i dunno...lol) have that moment when we wonder who we are, that something seems to be calling us back, or we wonder where it all changed and who weve become....

Number 7 is the one I've been drawn to during the Walk for Peace with the monks. Being quiet...listening more within. I've always done this, but I believe I may have just hit a new level.I also think no7 is the most important thing to practice to view the paranormal realm.
Oz I am so happy for you. Having peace brings contentment and that is a state of being worth more than gold.As I age I'm feeling more like my soul self that I thought was destroyed by life. number 7 has a meaning that for me is far reaching and multi layered. Oz, you are correct that to deepen your abilities and see a wider picture of the capabilities we share, number 7 is the beginning. starting at the very beginning with simple meditation and then later, seeing how it also crosses over to other teachings. further on, it teaches and leads to discernment, which at its core is just understanding for those who are intuitive. its part of the process of development for those seeking the path...... i wont go too deep into all of that here, dont want to hijack the thread or bore you to death, but as Debi said, there is a level that can be quite eye opening and all of a sudden make you feel like youve only just begun this journey.Number 7 is the one I've been drawn to during the Walk for Peace with the monks.
