  • Convicted criminals could have years taken off their custodial sentences
  • Reduction would be conditional on them agreeing to have electrical stimulation
  • This is according to Dr Nick Davis from Manchester Metropolitan University
  • He says the tech is not quite ready, but could become widespread in the future

Yea thats right test it on the criminals then devise a way to do it by targeting an individual on the street through the airwaves without there knowledge and yea lets explore ways to privatise it and make consumers purchase things by implanting the idea or this could be a great way to control the masses dangerous possibilities that are obviously of interest to some scientists thats where it begins.
