Share the most mind-blowing movies you've seen over the years. There are a number of movies I'm surprised didn't make the list in the article.

Not sure about many mind blowing movies but really liked Memento, Jacob's Ladder (original), Saw and a doc called Resurrect Dead. The article mentions Fight Club which i also really liked. I'm surprised Sixth Sense wasn't on there as that had a sort of shocker ending, though is hinted vaguely throughout. I'm sure there were more really good ones but these are the only ones that stuck in my mind.

There are too many movies I like. As for mind blowing...nothing really mind blowing, but good. I did and still do enjoy the LOTR and Hobbit movies along with the Rings of Power series....those ill put as mind blowing just because of the scenery.

The most disturbing movie I've ever seen, watching a woman sink into madness.

The weirdest movie I've ever seen, stars Allan Arbus (Dr Sidney Friedman on MASH) as Christ with his Second Coming in the American Old West. He miscalculated the time, however, and shows up in a 1930s "zoot suit." Beyond strange.

The one that had me having nightmares for months was "Signs" with Mel Gibson about the alien invasion. The way that was presented made it seem so possible it got into my head for a long time. And I literally jumped when they showed the alien for the first time.
Before or after the triangle sighting?

Three years after the sighting.
Understandable why you had such a reaction to the film. The lost time aspect sounded unnerving as well. I had to go back and read your account as it's been a bit since i did. I know i am still trying to wrap my head around what i saw that morning.
