Hon, I sense you have some strength to you. Stand your ground and have no fear of it. This is your realm, your home, your life. Claim it and stand firm.
Thank you again. I will!

Welcome to the forum, Akita.Yes it is possible for spirits to cling to you or attach themselves to people, objects or places. The ouija board sessions would no doubt be the potential way in which you and your friends at the time opened yourselves up to this type of attachment. Just out of curiosity before you did the ouija board with friends and drew the pentagram on the floor and lit candles, did you do any form of protection and if so do you mind me asking what you did. I regularly use them in my work, but in my opinion should only used by people who have sufficient experience and knowledge of every aspect of working with spirits. As other people have suggested there are various things you can do to remedy this. Having your property cleansed is certainly worth getting done, chakra healing, crystal healing. Something on a bit of a tangent now, out of your friends who took part in the ouija session(s) ? was one of you perhaps the main instigator e.g. who decided it would be a good idea to do it ? Are you still in contact with this person ? Also do you have any gifts or friendship tokens still that this person have to you before , during or after the ouija experiments? Often objects get spirit attachments and (please no one shoot me down for this) a young woman who had moved into her first home of her own, had been given a cross, yes a cross to put in he home. The antique cross her father bought from an antique shop had a negative spirit attachment, hence why when receiving gifts or buying antiques always use at least on of a number of methods to cleanse the object,

In theory if you can bless just about anything, a spirit can attach to just about anything. Doesn’t matter if it’s a cross or fine china.Yes it is possible for spirits to cling to you or attach themselves to people, objects or places. Any objects can come with an attachment. If you picked something up at a yard sale or side of the road. That is only one possibility tho.We did not do any protection. I think we were 10 or 11 years old. So this was just one of my friends who had heard from her older brother (he was a mid-teen at that time) that one could talk to ghosts by doing what we did. So yes, she was the main instigator, and a very bossy person. She was also the person who lived in the house where we were sleeping over.
I do not have any contact with her now, and haven’t spoken to her in almost 20 years (now i feel old...)
I don’t have any gifts or anything like that given by her. However, I’m still in contact with some of the other girls who were at the sleepover, including the one that had to get her parents to come pick her up because she got so scared. We’ve been friends since we were 3 years old. And I’ve got many things she has given me as gifts, both for birthdays and “just because”.
I don’t know if that’s relevant, but I’m telling you just in case.

Even if it was something gifted to you. I noticed things were really off in my bedroom one night. My wife caught it too. Turned out it was something in my room that was gifted to me. And that person in question now hates my guts. I could feel the hate off that thing a mile away lol.I try to think of something i might have that’s old.. I know I used to, but I don’t have these items anymore. I don’t collect anything either. So it’s difficult to say.
