I have found this very helpful and informative, Debi! I have been vigilant for the past few weeks because Mr. Garnet has said that he heard me call out to him on several occasions when I hadn't. Even when we were both asleep. I spoke to what ever it was and told it that it is not allowed to disturb our sleep or measures will be taken.

Yes, it is truly sad, Oz. I had an attachment for many years, that a trained person finally told me about. It was the spirit of a roommate that had committed suicide. Once I was free of her, I felt so much better.

That is sad, poor girl. I hope she's found her peace now. That is something I wouldn't like having around me.
