The most impact from a show that I recall was the one they did about nuclear war. I think it was called "The Day After". Everyone was stunned.

Started a bit sooner for me with my dad building a bomb shelter during the Cuban missile crises. I think I was 8.

Radio station in Philly started a Lost discussion. I always tuned in for it while at work. If work waited for 15 mins..well it happens

We had the three local Chanels and a UHF station. Tv went off at midnight, horrible for working the night shift. I have to say a missed the voice in the living room when we lost power. I admit I love my tv.
