As some of you know, I’m in the hospital right now I was admitted the night before last due to a pretty inflamed diverticulitis. It has been pretty painful to say the least but due to a nonstop IV, powerful pain, meds and liquid antibiotics. If my condition worsens, they were gonna have to go in and do a quick surgery on me and clean out that area which would ruin my trip to Washington next week. I haven’t had anything to eat or drink in two days except Popsicles and Italian ice. Last night about 1 AM, my IV started leaking and I had a mixture of IV fluid and blood all over my bed, which I slept in for the next five hours lol until they came and change the sheets. However, I am on the up and up and I’m happy to report that they will probably be sending me home tomorrow! To all of you who have been praying for me, I am very very grateful for your love and your concern. It has not gone unnoticed!

Did the private duty nurse/stripper, the one with the "special" brownies, Steve and I hired make it yet? We made sure she had the correct visiting hours.

Been praying for you. Glad to hear you are on the up and up. Should come in handy when Duke and Steve's Nurse arrives :p
We didn't pay for the "happy ending" package. I wanted to, but apparently doing so would have clashed with the well documented moral standards of New Jersey. Not complaining, just never expected that little angel on my shoulder to look like an electrician from the Garden State.

I’m on a hydromorphone drug called Dilaudid for pain. It’s a legal opioid. And brother, when it hits your bloodstream, it’s quite the experience let me tell you!
