Why would they send us to camps? Much better to have a misinformed and zombie-like population to continue to make money and run the machine..
But some people know too much.

Yes. To pay tax and nobody cares while beng entertained by by bread & circus's. 21 trillion in debt is not accidental. The government needs useful worker bees to keep paying tax to prop up and prolong the charade. And then in the last inning of your life, if you cost the government too much money in healthcare, you are not going to get treated. This is what the ACA was all about. (The 1920s Eugenics movement is alive and well.) Animal Farm. People are a commodity to serve the state.

OR they can simply have you declared Mentally Ill and take your guns. I don't want a crazy person with a gun, however, the way this is currently classified is so vague that over half the US population could be classified as mentally ill.

How Gun Control Laws for "Mentally Ill" Could Disarm Those Who Question Authority

In the growing debate surrounding the natural right to self-defense, one of the most popular proposed methods of gun control has been restrictions on gun-ownership for those who are deemed to be mentally ill. This is a measure that is often suggested by liberals and conservatives alike, but it is important to stop and consider what something like this might entail.

When any collective group is banned from owning a gun, they are effectively turned into second-class citizens. In the case of mental illness, that classification is so vague and open to interpretation that it could possibly be applied to over half of the population, depending on which criteria you use.

Mental illness can be very hard to identify since there is no kind of official test for most conditions, most people are diagnosed according to the subjective opinions of the doctors that observe them. Even the most severe conditions, like schizophrenia, can be very difficult to identify and is often misdiagnosed.

Psychiatric drugs are another possible factor that could get someone marked by the government as mentally unstable, but a classification like this would allow for large portions of the US population to be disarmed.

Isn’t President Trump trying to boot these bills? He’s been a huge proponent for open and concealed carry for law abiding citizens since he started campaigning.

“In the dictionary of mental illnesses, known as DSM-5, published by the American Psychiatric Association, there is actually a condition listed for people who have a problem with authority. Oppositional Defiant Disorder is a name that psychiatrists made up to identify children who won’t do what they are told, and now even adults are being diagnosed with this condition as well.”

As a kid I was actually diagnosed with this. And I talked to a psychiatrist after growing up and he said that ODD is not diagnosed to adults, but apparently if left untreated it evolves into ASPD (antisocial personality disorder) or sociopathy. For one he said I’m definitely not a sociopath and that it was his opinion that ODD is often a bogus diagnosis to keep people in line.

So I agree, we’re in a time where psychiatry can be a real threat to people struggling for their freedom.

The Soviets had a vast network of mental health facilities in Siberia. The treatments were so thorough, they often lasted a lifetime. Solzhenitsyn's "Gulag Archipelago" is a nice brochure about their effective methods & emenities

Hey, if the soviets wanna mess you up, they know what they’re doing.

Chairman Mao played an evil hand in the 1950s. He had too big of a population and not enough weapons. The Soviets had a lot of weapons for sale but they didn't have any food. So Mao traded food for weapons, and as a diabolic benefit, managed to starve off his excess people. Mao, of course, is revered in academia, and among several cabinet members of a recent administration.
