OK! I share all my memes and cartoons on a PM thread with Critter before you see them on live chat. Now, once in awhile, we get into a back and forth on something and I have decided that this one needs to go public! lol

I say mashed potatoes should be mixed with corn. Mr. Critter there claims I'm wrong and it should be peas, despite the fact that KFC actually sells bowls of mashed potatoes with corn, gravy and chicken! He says I am prejudiced because I live in corn country. YOU get to help us resolve this!

Which is it? Corn or peas? Or do you have another favorite mixture? Here's what started all this!

That same food channel has SEVERAL recipes that include mashed potatoes with peas, including a Shepherd's Pie, which admittedly has other ingredients. I have never eaten a Shepherd's Pie with corn.
