I like the poor man's round steak anyway that I get it. Try getting a big piece of it and smoke it whole or cook pieces about 3/4 to 1 inch thick on the grill. Cube it up and cook it in a soup. Good bologna isn't cheap anymore. I buy it from a meat market or Deli.
