Haunting infestation

Hi enov, welcome to the forum. is there any way you can get the history of the bldg, age, any past occurrences. area its in. or to find out if any past occupants experienced anything?.... first i would say to have the electrical system checked. lights flickering, popping sounds, and black smoke are not good...lol.... for safety reasons that should be the first play.... as far as paranormal activity, once everything else has been ruled out, document everything with photos if possible. writing on wall, hand prints etc... if possible set up a camera in rooms with heavy activity. apartments and large bldg's can be tricky, sound travels, as do vibrations. someone running, playing loud music, anything vibrational can travel through the bldg. to include the plumbing, especially if someone has a washer or dryer in their unit..... the voices and the apparitions need to be documented if possible, recorded. photographed etc... (that can be hard to do)....whatever you do, dont try to make contact, dont try to communicate, dont acknowledge it in any way except for or by a prayer of protection to let it know it is not welcome there.
It used to be a winery back decades ago. Apartments were built early 2010's. There is a light in the bathroom that was not working when moved in. Partner just wanted the light fixed even though the rest of the lights worked fine in the bathroom. As soon as it was fixed, it had stopped working again. Had to get it fixed again and it's working. I have thought about maybe that the electrical wiring in the place is faulty. What does scare me the most is when things in the home are happening that there's no explanation for. Last year I dreamt that I woke up and walked past my daughters room and she wasn't in there, ran down the stairs and a male in a black tux was holding her at the bottom of the stairs. Even though just a dream, it was so vivid. I've never had dreams that involve a home I live in at any time til living here.

Hi, Enov. I would, for safety, have the electrical/wiring system checked. For two reasons, actually. First for any faults that could be a fire hazard, but second, for any thing putting out too much EMF. That can cause some really bad hallucinations and mess with the brain, so have it checked out. My grandparents had a major electrical fire at their home so I always recommend flickering anything be checked out.

All here have given you some very good suggestions, and we'd be interested in hearing about any follow ups you do. You have to rule out all the mundane things to really know for sure what you are dealing with, but I would definitely take the spiritual precautions mentioned in our link along with checking out the wiring.

In a rental, I'd rather move out. The neighbours started from day 1 moving in here also. So not only a possible haunting or possible safety hazard. I know its an apartment complex but they go on like we live together at times.

Moving is also an option. Safety for your child is #1 priority. If the activity follows, then we need to talk more about paranormal interventions.

Omg, someone who understands. I've been saying this from last year after seeing and witnessing strange things that happen, that my daughter should be getting out of here. But most of the haunting especially that happens in the household, Is about a couple and a baby. And the strangest thing ever is, is that there is a bead necklace kit up in my daughters room. And there's been a few beads on the stairs which no one in the home has put there. No electronic toys have gone off but ones with no batteries have moved. Got safety gates up also and my daughter doesn't climb over them. The man has dark hair and the style without curls seems like beach type hair, the woman is thin, but healthy and has wavy blonde hair. It's like they are spirits from the 90's. Maybe they could've died tragically and they are still trapped and taking care of their baby?

There is also a heart type shape written on her bedside table which no one has drawn. And there's no crayons in the household

That sounds positive and it might be but whatever it is might be pretending as to get your attention and approval and also get your guard down. Whatever it's agenda it has no place in your home or even on the living plane. It's intruding so I doubt it's a positive entity.

I agree.

Lights in the kitchen flicker. They don't flicker anywhere else
As Debi suggested, i'd have your landlord have an electrician check out the wiring. I don't see a catastrophic electrical issue if problem is centered just in one thing. Most items are wired in series, so there would be issues with the rest of that circuit. Could be a bad/worn out switch/dimmer, if recess light(s), something internal (thermal sensor), faulty LED bulb(s), AC turning on and lights dim/flicker briefly (it is summer). Though not extreme, still have it looked at as soon as possible. 95% of any flickering light is an easy fix. Being an electrician for almost 30 years, i'd be one of the people that'd come out to fix it. The other 5% is an issue that needs further investigation, especially if it has been occurring since or after February of 2022.
