Tossing the ghosts aside, for the building and license, that's not a bad price at all. Of course, not sure of the condition of everything inside and out. Then there is the fact it seems to be in the middle of nowhere...so the 'spooky brothel ghosts' may be the ONLY draw to bring money lol.
