So she saw a pair of legs without anyone above them? Or did I miss something in that story?

That's what she saw! For the record, this is not that unusual to see. jadamz actually caught legs (just legs) walking on her security cam once. Had our photo expert look at it and he could not come up with an explanation. Partial manifestation?
