The 1886, two-story hotel in Ballinger is looking for new owners to take over the haunted attraction.

Can't solely rely on 'haunted attraction' to pay the bills. The place looks like it needs a lot of work and hope the asking price would be within reason.

If I had the finances,,, I would turn it into my home away from home.... Still do business as a hotel and I would be doing a ton of paranormal investigations there Maybe let Gyda run around like the Taz that she is Lol

I am not famalier with that part of Texas, is it rural? I would think if it were, maybe they are bord living there with only ghosts for company. Fixing up an ancient old building is probably a money pit, and they aren't making enough to keep going. I sure wouldn't be interested in a money pit full of ghosts.
