To me this reminds me of the typical sounds you hear in a jump scare video.

I didn’t play the video because I believe I’ve heard this before and it is too scary. Was it the drill hole? Sounded like the what hell would sound like ? This is a scary mystery. I heard this a long time ago on the Art Bell Coat 2 Coast show.

Lynne is correct. This was played on an Art Bell show and the first time I heard it I was in a dark room by myself. Yup! Found that light switch really fast! lol
