Hacking Reality

I recommend skipping the long computer simulation intro and getting right to the experiment. I took this as being about effecting greater overall well-being by consciously breaking out of stale routines by doing things differently. I think this may also be a principle of Zen Buddhism or one of its branches. But perhaps it needs to be presented in terms of today's technology in order to get the target demographic interested.
