‘GLIMMER MAN’ SEEN TWICE AT HOLLOMAN AFB, NEW MEXICO: Air Force Spouse Describes Cloaked Humanoid Near White Sands

The detail about it shifting really jumped out at me. Mine did the same thing, staring at me through the kitchen window and slightly rocking back and forth like a person shifting their weight from one foot to another.

Also I did spend some time at White Sands, saw some cool stuff but nothing like this at that location.

Strangest thing I saw at Holloman was a coyote and a jack rabbit sharing what little shade was made by desert scrub on a blistering hot day. Also saw a roadrunner catch and beat to death a good size lizard against a rock before swallowing it in one gulp.

Steve, did you ever eat in "The Wagon Wheel" in Alamogordo? How about the ski lodge in Cloudcroft?

I saw a coyote chasing after a roadrunner, sadly there were no Acme boxes in sight. I also got to see the space plane, basically a space shuttle drone that was just big enough to carry a small spy satellite. The idea was to tell the computer what orbital path you wanted and it would spend hours flying in a corkscrew pattern until it reached low orbit, eject the satellite and then come back to the hanger all on its own. I asked if I could get my picture taken with it and they didn't have much of a sense of humor about that.

The ski lodge at Cloudcroft I did visit once. Though that was after I got out of the Army and my wife was going to school at NMSU in Las Cruces. When we went skiing in the Army it was usually Mount Lemmon.

The Wagon Wheel I drove past several times but never went in. I think I mistook it for a Country/Biker bar.

The bar at the ski lodge was haunted by a former maid named "Rebecca." You were warned not to call her "Becky." I never saw her, but a number of the employees claimed to have. Also spent more than my share of time in the cowboy salon on the old Western town street.

The Wagon Wheel was a unique place, it advertised American, Mexican, Chinese, and Vietnamese food, in a place with a wild west decorative theme. I started calling it "Ho Chi Gomez's," even recommended to the owner to change to that name. He was not amused.

The article was interesting but the chat here was even more interesting. I love hearing about the adventures of Steve and Duke lol. I don't know what to think of these invisible but visible entities. I believe they are real though.
