It just sounds too 'superimposed' to me when compared to the actual spirit box 'white noise' that can be heard in the background further into the clip (coming from the headphones). Also, when the investigator speaks, doing the sensory SB session, the voice he hears does not come through anywhere near as defined as the first sentence 'Leave Here'........

That sounds like somebody slowed down the speed of a recorded voice. Or it’s just a really spooky ghost lol.
