Good suggestion. It would probably be expensive though, since there was no crime committed, he would have to pay for the exam.

I would think that the person would have had to at least spoken a few words to the guy to confirm the destination or that they were indeed the party he was supposed to pick up. This is a good story, idk if its true though.
