Getting to know you....

Glad to get to know you better, SierraRocks. Is that Rocks as in "cool" or rocks as in the hard stuff that covers the ground ?
I always suspected Sierra was cool.
I suppose it might be a good idea 4 some of us long time people to reintroduce ourselves.
My name is Paintman & for a living I put paint on walls. I live in a little house on a little lake outside of Chicago. Some people think I am a smart man. I don't own a boat. I am friends with people who own a boat.
Somehow I found myself in a stage of life where being self-employed is probably my only option. I have tried working for other people and The Grass Is Always Greener applies. I get to be outside and physical. Listen to the radio. My stations. And when the White Sox are playing a day game, guess what's on the radio.
I can only think of two remarkable things in my life that are worth noting. I painted a giant Catholic Church that was going to be the diocese Cathedral in the 1890's. That was my high water mark. 6 men, 6 weeks. Left a lot of money on the table but it was worth it. Father Tony made a big imprint on my life. We would have coffee every morning, going over when I needed to be out of the way, for funerals and Christmas. He was the real deal. I would ask him a question and he would pose it more eloquently, and give a simple concrete answer and stuff you could do right now. That confirms my thought that people who are plugged in keep it real simple. Pope B16, the smartest guy in 500 years, wrote like that.
And the second one is winning a bunch of bodybuilding championships. I caught the tail end of the golden age.
Otherwise I am on an eternal quest for a good sand wedge. I just ordered a Cleveland 588.

Both :works both ways . However , One fine day my husband and I lined our path with real actual rose quartz found under a burn scar , in a National Forest off a layrinth of hills maze of dirt roads.
Sierra, my grandpa was a bookkeeper for the national parks. I can't think of a funner job. The guy got to work in Paradise. They would put him up in a cabin while he was working. And he had the perfect hobbies for a man that works in the national parks. He would hunt and fish, do photography, and paint watercolors. And read serious books

Newbie here! Not too good with talking about myself but I'll try. I've been just about obsessed with paranormal since my experience when I was about 6 or 7 (which I'll post in the Experiences forum) 2 years ago I joined a local paranormal investigation group. We're currently down at the moment because a founding member left but I'm trying to get it back up and running cuz I really miss it. I don't know why but I'm actually fiending for an investigation lol
