I found this lecture series from the Royal Institute very informative. It's similar to the TEDx lectures, wide variety of subjects, very good speakers, experts in their field of study. The video below may help some who have sleep issues or whose circadian cycle is off kilter.

Executive summary:. The more Sunlight or even artificial bright light early in the day and the darker in the evenings, the healthier people seem to be.
