Fireworks shortages right before the Fourth of July caused by global shipping delays

Instead of "oohs" and "ahhs," you may be hearing "ouch" at the fireworks stand this year. A major fireworks shortage is expected, making everything from sparklers to big mortar shells hard to find.

Indiana has laws of when they are allowed. You might wanna check if Michigan has the same.

We've got a city ordinance in place that won't even really allow us to shoot them here without confiscation. I've had it happen once when Skylar was still very young and at the time, he ran back into the house to my mom because he thought I was going to get arrested. But I'm just not into them like I used to be. Most of the time, I've got to work the next morning so sleep is a major priority. But the shortage really doesn't come as too much of a surprise.
