Didn't need to have one. It's been a mess since the beginning!I am surprised we haven't heard any conspiracy theories about this thing tanking, like the military working behind the scenes to disrupt and discredit the event.

They can at least lay claim to the largest disorganized mess ever sorta kinda "planned."According the folks at the Li'l AleInn, they've still got plenty going on, and, in fact, the announcement came out that Alienstock had been moved to Vegas, but a number of the people involved, including band managers, said that they hadn't coordinated with Matty Roberts, but with the AleInn folks for the festival. So who knows what's going to happen.
But seriously, did anyone really think anyone was planning to storm Area 51? I mean, seriously?
not only that, but can you actually sue someone for an idea, suggestion or joke, if allowed this would open a can of worms that would have no end.... panama city, Daytona or ft Lauderdale could sue the college systems for spring break, or towns along the way could sue the organizers for burning man or any other festival that brings an unwanted crowd through.....this is not a good idea and surely would not get very far in the court system...just another media play for attentionLincoln County may sue Facebook, ‘Storm Area 51’ creators for funds
So they are going to sue a 21 year old college kid and the owner of cafe who is struggling just to stay in business over an ill advised event the county could have put the skids on from the word "go."
There will be a movie about this.

This drama is getting wilder than the UFO "conspiracy" that was originally promoted! I feel bad for the town of Rachel. Their lives have been turned upside down with this and now they're getting nothing more than an alien probe.Been reading a blog out of Rachel, in light of the Lincoln Co. contemplating a lawsuit against the event promoters, locals are now apparently considering filing a class action suit themselves. One would guess they will follow the "deep/wide pockets" litigation approach and sue every one involved. Going to be a lot of work for attorneys in Nevada.
