Does this mean time is going faster? Is this how we measure time? I can't get my head around it.
Yes but it’s only one second faster from what I read. The atomic clock may be adjusted by a negative second. I won’t loose sleep over it lol. It is interesting to think that our rotation is effected by its trip through space.
