I'm remembering my own "UFO" episode a month or two ago. Had I not had a high-powered telescope at my disposal, I would have been convinced that I was watching a UFO cluster. It looked like a lot of other videos online. But the telescope proved that it was just a big sheet of foam building insulation and two seagulls. Amazing that a dust devil (I assume) lofted that sheet of insulation to nearly a mile altitude.
These fast-moving, assumed small UFOs shot with consumer-grade cameras need to be shot with the fastest shutter speed the camera will allow. I'd bet you dollars to donuts that the vast majority of them turn out to be birds.
Shooting with fast shutter speeds has already debunked 99% of the "Skyfish" videos.
Mother Nature is far more clever than we give her credit for. She's been doing this an awfully long time, we've only been around for the blink of an eye, in comparison. We still don't know how to see everything around us, even when it's in plain sight.
