I agree. He obviously picked a house with a ring camera to make an appearance. I hope it is not a crazy person, and he is just pranking. A horrible thing to do in either case. I bet this will come out eventually when he brags about it or someone finds the mask and rats him out.
This reminded me of Kathleen Keatings' claim the Antichrist showed up at her door.
