A pair of mystifying videos captured in Canada show the body of a dead bird inexplicably floating in the sky over a street and no one can quite figure out how the weird scene came about.

Well it is not motionless. I'd say it got hung up in fishing line or something. You see it moving slightly in the wind.

I think it's a camera trick, it looks like the bird has been zapped and hanging on a power line.

A green laser pointer would instantly reveal the fishing line holding the bird up.

I am leaning in this direction too because it appears to be in the middle of those wires. I must admit i do not see a wire or fishing line in the close up. This is a strange one. I wonder why they didn't call the local police to document the weird case.
