My best friend since grade school is now a nun. As head of her order, she had the opportunity to spend some time with the Dalai Lama. She told me he is a brilliant man that simply exudes love and kindness with every word. She was very impressed with his lessons and compassion.

Lets hope that the next Dalai Lama will be chosen according to Tibetian cultural principles not Chinese politics.
