Creature in the Philippines

So what exactly does the bottom half do while the upper part is flying around chasing people? Running behind them...tapping it's feet...coffee run? lol.

i dunno, but i think in the original legends they were usually always female. sooooo they would make a good magicians assistant....
maybe like a lizards tail they just wiggle and flop around keeping the stunned onlooker occupied while the other half sneaks around for the attack...lol
