What a sh*## show that place turned out to be. I feel bad for the couple who lost thousands.
indeed it is.... the couple who lost all the equipment in the barn fire was jason hawes daughter and husband. that house cost them more than the equipment. it cost them their reputation. that was where they got put under the microscope and were accused of faking evidence and fraudulent investigations............. maybe that house is cursed..........

Jason Hawes has been shouting from the rooftops warning people for over 6 months now. That lady is bat crap crazy. Even her relatives are trying to get her psych intervention and I believe the police have been chasing her down for an open warrant for awhile now.
i know... thats why i found it strange that his daughter was so on board with working there. doesnt seem like the publicity would have been worth the environment they would have had to deal with. or the crazyness and control she had to have over everyone involved

The crazy started well after they began working there and the owner started "hearing voices". They got out after the fire, and then she started firing her tour guides and refusing to pay them. From there it just got worse. She has an issue with alcohol to top it all off. She bought the house mid-2022.
I have no idea if Hawe's kids are frauds or not. But there is a lot of evidence Nunez needs an intervention...if the police can ever catch up to arrest her again. She's stolen the money from these people who booked with her and taken off for the hills it appears.
she definitely has issues it seems. and probably realizes that with the combination of bad publicity and interviews with previous owners that the conjuring house is done. her empire is crashing down around her and this is her response. this was a perfect storm scenario, the decline of paranormal interest in the media, her new employees being targeted and other negative attention focused on the house. she was i think a real estate agent so knows that what she paid 1.5 million for is only actually worth 400,000.... that is quite a loss to take........
as far as Jasons daughter and husband, i dont know if they faked their investigations or not, or if they are straight up individuals. Jason always seemed to be a serious and honest investigator for the most part. and i understand him defending his daughter. the fact they claim psychic abilities and can communicate with spirits will of course draw questions and doubt from a lot of people. just seems a little too convenient for most to believe, i never watched their investigations and had quit watching most ghost hunting shows long before they came on the scene, so i have no opinion on their claims.
