South America seems to blame everything on the Chupacabra. This sounds like a typical case of cattle mutilation as we have in the US. Chupacabras would be too small to kill a cow. They are known for sucking the blood from their victims not cutting out their tongues and other parts. My guess is aliens or government.,fit(1200,675),quality(65))
