Same as every week. Some variation of chicken, rice, and (heavy) veg.
This has been a 30 year strategy to keep 50#'s off, and afford the luxury of enjoying many pork products throughout the week.

So, some people are listing three separate foods while some are listing three foods made with multiple ingredients. If we go multiple ingredients, I'm going with Denver omelette, carne asada tacos, Cobb salad. If I go three separate foods, chicken, brown rice, vegetable. Just like Paintman said, this is a perfect balance of protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables. Fruits are too sugary.
