Doubious about it being a ghost. Not unless they have started wearing sneakers with reflectors on.......

Video zoomed in 400% and watched frame-by-frame. At 00:03:20 - 00:30:25, can clearly see something reflecting off where the shoes would be:

The reflective items appear one after another, with the front leading reflection showing first at 00:30:21, then the trailing reflection follows. The reflective items are on video for a period of 5 seconds.
