there has been a few hoaxes over the years similar to this. there is a few sightings every year of something strange in the waters of the altamaha river. it is said that it comes in from the atlantic during spring for whatever reasons. nicknamed "altie". this area is famous for finding megalodon teeth. they are everywhere so a sea monster legend fits right in with all the vampires, werewolves, witches and ghosts that get most of the attention...lol, that is a cool picture though, would be amazing if real.

Yes it would. It certainly looks real. This could be a Nesse type creature
