Indisputable proof is the remains of one or a pic of it waving at the camera lol. That looks like a black bear from an aerial vantage point.

I grew up in the SF Bay Area of California. When I was around high school age two different people told me they had close encounters with a BF. One sighting was near Byron, CA (crossed road in front of car) and the other was around the ghost town of Nortonville (BF on a hillside about 50 feet above witness looking down at him).

Neither witness had any reason to make up a story and I found them both to be believable.
