Neil Peart is a very talented guy .Not only is he on my favorite drummers of all time list .He is also one of my favorite lyricists .He is a funny guy who after all these years has remained humble ,and shy's away from publicity .

to really apreciate his talent its best to hear him play along with the band. Next time you hear any RUSH song on the radio focus only on the drum beat and you will see how he keeps the band in perfect timing the bass follows the drums the guitar is sort of like a free spirit as it soars but is also guided by neil perts direction.
